Classic shape Bunka style kitchen knife. Ground from a 5-layer steel billet, Hitachi SLD core, copper and Damascus stainless cladding. Softer outer cladding helps protect the hard inner core adding flexibility and support, while retaining the high edge holding capacity of Hitachi SLD.
