      Gyuto style kitchen knife with a K-tip. Fiddle back Minni Ritchi timber with live edge on the butt of the handle. Blade ground from a 5-layer steel billet, Hitachi SLD core, copper and Damascus stainless cladding. Softer outer cladding helps protect the hard inner core adding flexibility and support, while retaining the high edge holding capacity of Hitachi SLD. One off, hand made from start to finish
